Pan de muerto (Bread of the Dead)

250 g bread flour
50 g butter
5 g of baker's yeast instant
1 teaspoon salt
65 g sugar
1 large egg
60 ml of milk
zest of 1/2 orange
In addition to paint bread, 1 egg and sugar

Put in a bowl all ingredients except butter and mix well . When it begins to form a dough , gradually add the butter. Until dough is slightly sticky and elastic.

Allow to rise until double the volume in a greased bowl and cover. When you have increased the volume, knead again to degas the dough.
Set aside 1/3 of the dough and the 2/3 you have to make a ball. Divide the 1/3 in two parts, and bone-shaped the dough (a little imagination). We left again leaven everything covered.

Paint the ball and put "bones" crossed above the dough. Paint all over again with and egg, add the sugar on top. Bake at 180 º C for 25 minutes. Check that it does not burn.
