Infusión de Café con Vino Tinto (Infusion Coffee with Red Wine)

5 tablespoons of ground coffee
1 bottle of red wine
For the star anise syrup
1 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
12 star anise

For the cocktail
3 oz of red wine with the infusion of Coffee
2 teaspoons anise syrup
Cinnamon stick or lemon curl

Add the coffee beans to the wine bottle, close the bottle and let it stand at room temperature for 24 hours. Strain before using.

To star anise syrup: Bring water, sugar and star anise to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and leave to infuse for 30 minutes. Strain and bottle, keep refrigerated.

For each drink: a glass of wine, stir the wine infused with coffee-infused wine and star anise syrup.
