Recipe for cleaning your kidneys

2 litters of mineral water
a bunch of parsley or coriander

Our kidneys are filtering our blood by removing salt, poison and any unwanted particules from our body. This recipe will help you to get rid off them.

First take a bunch of parsley or coriander leaves and wash it clean.

Cut in small pieces and set in a pot. Add mineral water and let it boil 10 minutes. Set aside and let it cool. Filter and pour in a glass bottle. Leave it in the fridge for couple of hours.

Drink one glass daily for 5 days in a row. If you do it before breakfast it will be more effective. All the dirt from your kidneys will go outby urination.

Tips_ Use lemon juice for extra flavour.

How to Make Your Own Natural Vapor-Rub

1/2 cup olive oil, coconut oil, or almond oil
2 level tablespoons of beeswax pastilles
20 drops of Eucalyptus Oil
20 drops Peppermint Oil
10 drops Rosemary Oil
10 drops cinnamon or clove oil (optional)

Hopefully cold and flu won’t strike at your home this year, but this is a good remedy to have on hand in case it does:

Melt beeswax with oil of rosemary in a double boiler, just melt it. Add the essential oils. You can use 1/2 of the amount for a baby version, also you can dilute with coconut oil before using.

Stir until well mixed and pour into a container with a lid. Little tins work well.

Use as needed to help sooth coughing and congestion.
