Solomillo de cerdo a la manzana (Pork sirloin with apple)

1 pork sirloin
1 onion
1 apple
2 cloves of garlic
1 glass of white wine
Ground black pepper
Salt

The first thing we do is saute the onion and garlic in a pan with extra virgin olive oil. Add salt to taste.
Meanwhile, let's spice up pork sirloin. We can also peel and cut the apple into small squares.

When onion and garlic are ready, add the pork sirloin and glass of white wine to the pan. Fry 4 or 5 minutes per side. Once the steak is golden brown, take it out of the pan and reserve in a clay pot.

We add the apple to the pan until it becomes soft (if you see that is too thick, add a little water) Once it is ready, whisk the entire mixture until you get a sauce.

Add the sauce to the clay pot along with the pork sirloin. Cook for 5 minutes in the oven. The cooking time will depend on your taste.

Tips_ Add parsley or thyme to taste.
